Trip starts from
Everest Classic Trek is part of the classic route taken by most expeditions to Everest since the ’50s. The trek starts from Lukla, from where we walk northeast and ascend the Dudh Koshi valley to Namche Bazar, the bustling trade center of Sherpa region. We trek via Tengboche Monastery, the biggest Buddhist monastery in the area and one of the most beautiful spots in Nepal. We will climb Kalapathar (5545m) where we have unobstructed views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, other Himalayan peaks & Khumbu Glacier.
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu.
Day 2: City tour of Boudhanath, Pashupatinath,Kathmandu Durbar Square.
Day 3: Kathmandu – Lukla (2800m).
Day 4: Lukla – Benkar (2835m).
Day 5: Monzo- Namche Bazar (3440m).
Day 6: Acclimatization.
Day 7: Namche – Tengboche (3867m).
Day 8: Tengboche-Pheriche (4243m).
Day 9: Acclimatization.
Day 10: Pheriche-Lobuche (4930m).
Day 11: Lobuche-Kalapathar (5545m) Everest Base Camp.
Day 12: Lobuche-Kalapathar (5545m) Everest Base Camp.
Day 13: Lobuche-Deboche (3757m).
Day 14: Deboche-Monzo (2835m).
Day 15: Monzo-Lukla.
Day 16: Fly back to Katmandu, transfer to Hotel. Afternoon sightseeing of Patan Durbar Square.
Day 17: Sightseeing tour of Bhaktapur, ChanguNayaran and Swoyambhunath.
Day 18: Morning Free. Afternoon transfer to airport for onward flight..
