19 days trip begins with a mind-blowing flight to Lukla. Developing trek forward towards Namche Bazaar takes to Thame and Lungden close to Tibet border. We cross Renjo la pass with magnificent view of towering mountains including Mount Everest and Lake Gokyo. We climb Gokyo RI and hike through largest glacier of Himalayas before crossing Chola Pass along join Khumbu valley to hike Kalapathar peak and to explore Everest base camp trek. From Everest base camp, we develop our walk back to Chukung crossing high Kong ma la pass to climb our third peak Chukung RI with view of many tall mountains like Lhotse, Nuptse, Amadablam and Makalu. Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu (1,300 m)
Today first day of our trip, we send our organization agents to pick you up at Tribhuwan International Airport. You will be warmly welcomed with greetings and shifted towards tourist standard inn. We additionally plan a gathering at our office for instructions and regards for a trek.
Day 2: Kathmandu valley sightseeing and trekking preparation
Kathmandu valley itself is able to capture major attractive cultural and historical sites. Today we step forward for sightseeing some historical spots; Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa and Swyambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) which are on UNESCO World Heritage Site. After spending some hours to inspect these spots, we return back for finalizing our trekking equipment, which is required during our trek. The second day, we spend our night at the same hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 3: Lukla (2,860 m) – Phakding (2,652 m)
Today is the first day to be ready for our walk. We will be shifted towards Tribhuwan International Airport by our private comfort vehicle to load up an early morning flight towards Lukla. (30 to 35 minutes) flight over high white Himalayas will finally land at Tenzing Hillary Airport, Lukla. After stepping Lukla, we meet with our crew members and start our quick bag packing and arrangements to develop our walk forward. Walking 4 hours through downhill and flat trial leaving Lukla reaches Phakding for stay overnight.
Day 4: Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)
Today we aim to step Namche Bazaar before leaving Phakding. Triggering our trek forward, we move towards Monjo (Sagarmatha National Park stop) crossing several settlements and few suspension bridges. On achieving Sagarmatha National Park, guide deals with fundamental National stop customs at the entrance while you can enjoy tea house and shops there. Starting trek through the vertical drop down the slope will offer a couple of suspension bridges and this trail leads uphill towards Namche Bazaar to spend the night there.
Day 5: Acclimatization day
As we are on the height above 3,400 m, acclimatization is very important before stepping additional elevation so we don’t develop our trek but stay active and we plan to visit nearby village Khumjung or hike up to Sherpa settlement on Thame. Leisure time can be utilized by visiting National park head office, Museum or monasteries throughout Namche Bazaar. We spend this night at the same lodge in Namche Bazaar.
Day 6: Thame (3,800 m)
Sixth-day early morning leaving traditional Everest base camp route, clockwise flat trail drops to Phurte crossing Gongla joined by various religious communities and chortens. Passing Thesebu River, we climb up towards Thamo and after exploring Thamo town there we ascend the trial along crossing the suspension bridge over Bhote Koshi River to reach Thame. For remaining hours, we explore Thame village and stay overnight there.
Day 7: Lumde (4,380 m)
Leaving Thame, our trial follows south bank of Bhote Koshi River along we climb up Marulung passing few suspension bridges, little settlements, short and long mini walls, religious communities, Monasteries, and Mane in the way. On crossing a bridge of Marulung, we follow north bank of Bhote Koshi River and start walking towards uphill to Lumde through the dry valley. We spend this night at the lodge in Lumde.
Day 8: Gokyo RI via Renjo la (4,097 m)
Today, our trail takes us to principle goal of the trek Renjo La (5,360 m). The walk is quite difficult and the way is very tricky. Walking upward about one and half hour, we reach the base of Renjo la pass and walk comes to be comparatively easy. From here we develop our step forward to cross out the first tough pass of our trip along move continuously towards Gokyo Lake. We walk up to the rigid to enjoy the amazing view of largest Glaciers of Himalayas and stay overnight there after stepping Gokyo.
Day 9: Thangnag (4,700 m)
Quitting lake behind, we start our trek early morning because the sunny days melt the ice and make the trial more slippery and difficult to walk so we need to cross Ngozumba glacier (largest glacier of Himalayas) before sun grows stronger. After passing huge glacier following its bank we slightly descend towards Dragnag along after stepping our aimed destination we sight nearby hills and spent our overnight there.
Day 10: Dughla via Chola pass (4,620 m)
Today we step second aimed destination point of your trek, Chola Pass (5,420 m). Walking through vertical trail along a little stream crossing Chola Phedi, the trail drops us down to the base of Chola pass along walking with little struggle and tricky steps through lofty rough trail takes us to the highest point of Chola pass. Flattering praying flags, wonderful view of Gokyo valley are really breathtaking offers from the top along after some moment, we descend following the icy and rocky trail which takes us to Dzongla and further descends to Dughla for overnight.
Day 11: Gokarshep (5,140 m)
Spitting Dughla, we begin our easy downhill walk until we meet traditional Everest base camp route and crossing Thokla pass, we keep on ascending towards Lobuche. Following the west bank of Khumbu glacier, we start walking upward till Lobuche pass. After crossing this pass, we meet junction point of two glaciers and converges to Khumbu Glacier along we walk through across this glacier to meet our aimed destination Gokershep for overnight.
Day 12: Everest Base Camp (5,364 m)
Today we head towards Everest base camp leaving the trail to Kalapathar. Catching the rigid of Khumbu glacier, we hike towards base camp and after stepping there we will be offered by the best greed of colorful Buddhist prayer flags and 360° view from the height with many high snowy mountains. We spent some hours exploring the views and areas there and walk back down towards Gokarshep. Leisure time will be wasted by exploring Gokarshep and we spent our twelfth night there in Gokarshep.
Day 13: Kalapathar – Lobuche (4,910 m)
Though our aimed destination is Lobuche, early morning we walk up for two hours towards Kalapathar viewpoint before sunrise to catch the stunning color changing view of Kalapathar by first sunrays of the day along that we enjoy many eye-catching views of tall mountains before heading down towards Gokarshep and continuously we walk from Gokarshep to reach Lobuche for overnight stay.
Day 14: Chukung (4,730 m)
Today leaving Lobuche crossing the icy trail through Khumbu glacier, we develop our walk towards highest pass (Kong ma la pass – 5,535 m). Being trial slippery and icy, it is tough to climb Kong ma la pass along there are crises of water resources too. After enjoying the view from the top, we step down to the junction of Everest three pass trail and Island peak trek trial along from there we head towards Island peak trail crossing Nuptse glacier to step Chukung. We spend this night at the lodge in Chukung.
Day 15: Tengboche (3,860m)
Today leaving Island peak trial behind, we walk downhill to meet Everest three pass trekking trail again. Continuing the trail through Imja Khola, we cross many suspension bridges, flat trials, small Sherpa settlements and pleasing forests to step Dengboche and after short walk quitting Dengboche, we reach Tengboche for stay overnight.
Day 16: Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)
A steep descend from Tengboche passing through pleasing pine and rhododendron forest will take us to bottom of the hill to cross a suspension bridge which offers Phunke Tenga. From here, we develop our trek upward through Juniper forest to reach Khumjung and we explore the village before continuing trek from here. Certain walk from this village gives Namche Bazaar to spent night.
Day 17: Trek to Lukla (2,860 m)
This is our last day of the walk to Lukla. Starting our trek downhill towards the junction point of Dudh Koshi River and Bhote Koshi River along crossing the bridge, Monjo is steeped. As before, after handling the formulations and considerations on the checkpoint, we move forward by passing numerous of a suspension bridge and pleasing forests to step Phakding. From Phakding 3 to 4 hours walk offers Lukla.
Day 18: Kathmandu (1,300 m)
This comes to be the moment for leaving the Himalayas. All the Airport formalities and porters are managed by the guide. Especially flight schedule is planned for morning hours so we catch our morning scenic flight over the Himalayas towards Kathmandu for 30 to 35 minutes. Our private vehicle will be awaiting your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport to transfer you towards the fine standard hotel. Today we host farewell dinner in appreciated Nepalese local restaurant, where you can enjoy cultural dance and music with great Nepali food.
Day 19: Departure day
Last day managing your time, you can go out for shopping to collect gifts for friends and family members. We help you with your necessary arrangements along our private vehicle will be there to transfers you to the airport focusing departure hour. Well-wishers and representatives will be there with greetings to wish your safe steps ahead.

All visitors are required to arrange a visa in order to enter Nepal. A Nepalese visa can be easily obtained upon arrival on arrival in Kathmandu at the airport or Nepalese embassy abroad. But nationals from Afghanistan, Iraq, Cameroon, Ghana, Somalia, Swaziland, Palestine, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Ethiopia and Liberia cannot secure the Nepalese Visa upon arrival. The Visa can also be secured at entry point at Nepalese borders. A valid passport for at least six months, recent digital photo (size: 1.5" x 1.5") will be required and you can obtain visas for Nepal from the Nepalese Consulate in your country or up on arrival in Kathmandu Airport. Nepalese visas cost USD 25 for 15 days and USD 40 for 30 days till date.

Some of the required official documents are your valid passport, 4 extra passport sized photographs (for trekking permits), travel insurance, airline tickets and luggage tags. Visas can be obtained upon entry into Nepal.

Months of winter (January and February) are bit colder but the days can be quite beautiful and warm if the sun is out. It snows during the month of January, February and December in Himalayan areas.

Nepal generally offers 4 seasons amongst which autumn and spring are the two most favorable ones for visiting Nepal. The favorable months for trekking and climbing are usually September – November, and February – April. The monsoon season is June – August.
Physical Fitness
Even though the physical fitness plays an important role in trekking you don’t have to be super athletes or a marathon runner to trek in Nepal. Many people of good fitness for their age can complete the trek. You can prepare yourself before hand by doing some yoga which will prepare you in your breathing as you will be going to the higher altitude. Running or hiking to hills, going for a long walk will also help you. And if you live in urban area running in the stairs of a tall building will also work better in keeping you fit for trekking. All though these preparations aren’t strictly compulsory, you can do well even when the preparations you do aren’t rigorous like that of some ultra-athletic person. Do these things in moderate pace for two months or even less. And you are set to complete any trekking to Nepal.

Doing the insurance while trekking is Nepal is not compulsory but will surely help you a lot if you do one, as it covers any comprehensive expenses possible to acquire due to medical issues or accidents. Vaccination for Nepal
All travelers should consult with their physician or update on vaccination requirements before travel. (Your doctor or health-care provider will determine what you will need, depending on factors such as your health and immunization history, areas of the country you will be visiting, and planned activities) For traveling to Nepal; we recommend you to take a vaccination of Polio, Tetanus, Typhoid, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Rabies etc, it is not really must but recommended.

Is the country politically safe and stable?

Are Vaccinations Required?
Immunizations are not required to visit Nepal. (Exception: if you are traveling from an area infected with Yellow Fever, you must have a certificate.) Depending on the season and region of travel, certain vaccinations and/ or medications are suggested and we will recommend preventative measures. We do encourage all travelers to be current on routine immunizations. Also, we recommend the vaccines for polio, Diphtheria, Tetanus, typhoid, yellow fever, hepatitis A/B, Influenza (Flu), Japanese encephalitis, and Tuberculosis. Meantime, it is better to consult your professional doctor about your travel and he/s might recommend you properly. You can also take the suggestion of local travelers who have traveled Nepal before and know more about the required precautions. Please note that the protection that can be gained from vaccines varies from 50% to almost 100%. So remember that even if you have taken a vaccine you might still get the disease, although you will have greatly reduced your chances of getting ill.
How fit do I need to be for the trek?
You don’t have to be a super athletic person but despite the ages should be moderately fit. We recommend to running, hiking to hills and long walk as a preparation.
Are ATM booths easily available?
Yes, ATM booths are easily available around the major city area where you can use both credit and debit cards. But there are only few ATM booths on the way to your trek, so it’s better you withdraw your cash before to trek.
What type of food to expect during the trek?
Nepal is rich in cultural diversity. Meal habits of the Nepalese vary with the ethnicity and the geographical differences. Normally, the local has a habit of taking milk/black tea in the morning, before noon take lunch after mid-day take light snacks as Khaja and Dinner in the evening. The lunch and dinner comprise Dhido (short of porridge), Dal, Bhat, Tarkari, Achar (Lentil, Rice, Curry, and Pickles). However, you can have a choice of Indian/Continental/Italian/ Chinese food even in some trekking regions.
Is drinking water safe while trekking?
Drinking water should be treated by boiling and water purification by medicine or with filtered. We suggest carrying a water purifier while trekking to be on a safe side.
Are there any tourist police in Nepal?
Of course, there is tourist police located near the Nepal Tourism Development Board's Office. Also, there are complaint counters at the airport, Basantapur Durbar Square, Thamel and so many other places. Tourist police are specially trained in English and have the detailed local knowledge to assist tourists. For security and travel related assistance, you can reach any of the officers from telephone 4-247041, 4-4268969 from 11 am to 5 pm.
Is Nepal safe? Is a woman traveling alone safe with your company?

What about Time in Nepal?
Nepal is +5 hours 45 minutes ahead to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT: +0545). For example, when it is noon in Kathmandu, the standard time of London is 6.15am, 4.15am in Sydney, 1.15am in New York and 10.15 pm the previous night in San Francisco. The strange 15-minute difference is said to be a reflection of the exact time at the summit of Mt. Gaurishankar.
